Founding Growth Lead
Job Summary
We are seeking a Founding Growth Lead to be the first dedicated growth hire at a fast-moving conversational demo agent startup. This high-impact role focuses on owning top-of-funnel MQL generation through content, paid acquisition, SEO, and organic channels to drive qualified traffic and demos. You will work directly with the CEO to build marketing systems from the ground up in a high-velocity, execution-focused environment at a company that recently raised funding and scaled rapidly.
Essential Functions
- Own top-of-funnel MQL generation using content, paid acquisition, SEO, and organic social to drive qualified traffic
- Build and manage content engines and distribution loops across founder-led social, events, partnerships, and outbound
- Run growth experiments with a quantitative approach, including A/B testing of messaging, channels, and campaigns tied to pipeline outcomes
- Write core marketing assets including homepage copy, landing pages, case studies, launch posts, and outbound sequences
- Coordinate with design teams and agencies while maintaining a high bar for polish and design taste across all external work
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years in B2B growth or marketing at a venture-backed startup
- Proven ability to run and measure marketing or growth experiments with clear pipeline impact
- Strong writing skills with experience creating compelling copy for websites, landing pages, and outbound campaigns
- Experience building content and distribution systems from scratch in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work autonomously in a seed-stage setting while collaborating directly with leadership

Compensation & Benefits
Base salary ranging from $180000 to $300000 plus significant equity. This is a founding team role with the opportunity to shape the company's growth narrative and systems from the ground up.
