BY Recruiting was founded by Ben and Tony, who bring over 20 years of combined experience in the staffing industry. Their partnership began serendipitously: Ben, a recent college graduate with a Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering, sought a mock interview to prepare for his job search. Impressed by Ben’s drive and analytical mindset, Tony shared his vision for specializing in engineering recruitment. Inspired, Ben joined forces with Tony, and together they embarked on a mission to connect world-class talent with leading organizations. Their shared passion for empowering careers and building industry relationships has shaped BY Recruiting’s consultative approach ever since.
